• Quaint Shape (Internal Ref. 143): The pipe features the classic and elegant bent Quaint shape in Group 4 (medium-large size). This particular variation adapts the historic design of the English house with a rounded, smooth bottom (smooth round bottom), pleasant to the touch and visually harmonious.

• Shell Briar Finish: Introduced and patented by Alfred Dunhill, the Shell Briar finish represents the first sandblasted treatment in the history of pipe making. On this example, the blast is particularly fine and even, standing out against the dark briar while allowing the natural grain of the wood to emerge.

• Bowl: Featuring a generous capacity and a professionally executed cylindrical chamber designed to ensure an even burn and optimal airflow.

• Mouthpiece: Made from fine black ebonite, shaped in a saddle configuration and finished with a slight fishtailformation at the button. Individually crafted to ensure maximum comfort and an excellent grip between the teeth.

• Sterling Silver Band (925): The shank is enhanced by a 10 mm Sterling Silver band (92.5% purity), finely engraved with the commemorative dates “1834 William Morris 1896.”
