This handcrafted Italian pipe is a fine expression of artisan craftsmanship, handmade by Simone Gaudenzi, an experienced pipemaker working in Gabicce Mare, Italy.

Graded as Sandblasted 2 Jellyfish, this medium-sized freehand pipe features a fluid and harmonious curve. The geometry of the piece is crafted to provide a stand-up design: the broad resting surface at the base of the bowl, balanced by the wide shank, allows the pipe to sit upright naturally on any flat surface without requiring a pipe stand.

The surface treatment features a fine sandblasting that brings out the briar's natural grain, offering a crisp texture and a pleasant tactile feel. The generously proportioned bowl houses a medium-capacity chamber with cylindrical drilling, ideal for ensuring an even and consistent burn. The pipe is finished with a black acrylic stem, decorated on top with the brand's signature silver inlay depicting a jellyfish (Medusa)—the iconic hallmark of Valbruna pipes.
