Valbruna Handcrafted Italian Pipe – Freehand Full Bent Sandblasted (1 Jellyfish)

In his workshop in Gabicce Mare, Marche, craftsman Simone Gaudenzi creates Valbruna pipes, combining technical skill with a strong sensibility for freehand shapes. Every creation stems from a meticulous search for raw materials and handcrafted processing designed to enhance both the functional qualities of the briar and the aesthetic impact of the pipe.

This model represents an original, personal interpretation of the classic Full Bent (Oom Paul) profile. As a freehand shape, its fluid lines and softly rounded bowl are shaped to sit comfortably in the hand, offering exceptional ergonomics and a unique tactile experience. The sandblasted finish (1 Jellyfish grade) highlights the deep grain of the wood, giving the pipe a bold, distinct appearance full of character.

The chamber features a medium capacity, with a combustion chamber drilled slightly conical toward the bottom to ensure a smooth draw and optimize tobacco combustion. The sharp bend of the shape shifts the weight downward, making the pipe feel noticeably lightweight in the mouth. Completing the architecture is a black acrylic stem with a slight fishtail lip, shaped to provide a comfortable, firm, and balanced bite.
