Does the pipe i see in the photos and videos is the pipe i will receive?
Sure, you will receive exactly that pipe.

How long will it take?
The majority of the products listed on the Al Pascia' srl website will be in stock when your order is placed. We aim to despatch the items held in stock within 3 working days from receipt of your order. Al Pascia' srl will notify you by e-mail on the day your order is despatched. If you are ordering in the USA or other overseas territories, goods in stock should reach you within 5 working days of despatch.

For shipments to Nigeria and Indonesia we only accept Bank transfer.

We don't ship to P.O. Box address.

Do you sell tobaccos and/or cigars?
No, we don't

How will I know that my order has been received?
As soon as you place your order, an automatic e-mail response will be generated and sent to you. This will notify you and confirm your order number. Please keep this e-mail in a safe place.

Do you sell estate pipes?
No, all our pipes are new and unsmoked. We buy directly from the pipemakers or official distributors.

The Contract
No contract exists between you and Al Pascia' srl for the sale of any goods until Al Pascia' srl has received and accepted your order, and Al Pascia' srl has received payment in full. Once the payment has been received by Al Pascia' srl, there is a binding legal contract between us. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via email when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is confirmed and you receive your acceptance e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When will Al Pascia' srl debit my credit card?
We will only take payment from your credit card on the day the goods are despatched and not before.

We will at all times show the correct prices for our products on www.alpascia.com but prices are subject to change without notice. All prices on the website can be shown with or without VAT after your choice.
The invoices and refunds are in Euro currency.

What determines if you have to pay VAT or not is depending on the following:

You must pay VAT if:
Your billing address is within the European Community
The shipping address is within the European Community
You choose standard postal service as shipping methode

Customs and Duty
Customs and duty charges are Country specific and the responsability of the buyer. There is no duty charge for shipments within the E.U. although VAT charged apply.
It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for any taxes or duty that is due on their order. Al Pascia' srl cannot and will not be liable for and taxes or duty. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not get sent back to us (we have no way to control this).
Important: please do not ask us to mark packages as "gift" or similar or with no or reduced value. This is a falsification of a Customs Declaration and we cannot do this under any circumstance. All requests to do so will be ignored.

Returns Policy

What if my order has been damaged in transit?
Please contact us by email or phone immediately upon receipt of the damaged package. We will then decide on the best action to take to ensure that you receive your replacement goods quickly and safely. This will not affect your statutory rights.

What if for other reasons, I am unhappy with the goods received?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you have received please contact us by e-mail or phone immediately upon receipt of your order, and describe the problem with the goods received. We operate a flexible and customer-friendly returns policy, but do require that the complaint is received and the goods returned within 10 days from receipt of goods (pipes have to be unsmoked and with the original packaging). Always be ready to quote your order number when contacting our customer service department. This will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Data Protection
Al Pascia' srl will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless Al Pascia' srl is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Applicable Law
These terms of sales and the supply of goods will be subject to Italian law, and the Italian courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
