Geometry, Shape, and Briar Craftsmanship

The model reinterprets the Brandy shape in a canted variation, meaning the bowl is elegantly tilted forward relative to the axis of the shank. This geometric choice not only gives dynamism to the silhouette but also improves the overall weight balance when the pipe is held between the teeth.

• Smooth Dark Finish: The bowl is treated with a deep dark stain that nevertheless allows the natural grain pattern of the underlying briar to show through.

• Army Mount Connection with Ebony Extension: The junction point between the very short shank and the stem is embellished by a military-style mount (army mount), finished with an ebony wood extension (oliva).

• Hand-Cut from Rod: The stem is not an industrial pre-molded piece, but has been entirely hand-filed directly from a raw rod.

• Material and Shape: Crafted from premium Cumberland (striated ebonite with warm reddish and brown tones), it matches the dark briar and ebony perfectly. It features a finely shaped fishtail lip to offer a reduced thickness on the bite and optimal comfort while smoking.

• Capacious Bowl Relative to Length: The Brandy bowl houses a combustion chamber that is remarkably generous compared to the short overall length of the entire piece.
