Jeppesen’s workshops are located in Lejre, a site steeped in ancient history on the island of Zealand, just a short distance from Copenhagen. Legendary seat of the earliest Danish monarchs—the Scylding dynasty (Skjöldungar)—Lejre is also historically linked to the magnificent mead-hall of Heorot from the epic poem Beowulf. This rich cultural heritage directly informs the artisan’s approach, resulting in smoking instruments characterized by bold lines, generous volumes, and a strong visual presence.

This medium-large bent model showcases a semi-rusticated finish, where the interplay between smooth panels and finely carved textures enhances the bowl's architecture.
