The Neerup Classic Group 3 Sandblasted Bent briar pipe is a highly expressive handcrafted piece by Danish artisan Peder Jeppesen, showcasing a magnificent execution of texture and color. Sized in an intermediate Group 3, this model is fully sandblasted, a process that meticulously erodes the softer wood to expose the prominent three-dimensional ring-grain ridges of the briar. The defining feature is its stunning red and black contrast stain: a deep black base saturates the valleys of the blast, while the high relief elements are stained in a vibrant red, giving the pipe a fiery, dynamic look. Shaped in a traditional full-bodied Danish bent silhouette, it offers organic, sweeping curves and a balanced weight distribution that makes it exceptionally comfortable to clench. Completed with a tapered acrylic stem.
