The Neerup Classic Group 3 Half-Bent briar pipe is a beautiful example of contemporary Danish styling, handcrafted by master pipemaker Peder Jeppesen. Sized in a versatile Group 3 intermediate scale, this piece stands out for its partial rustication that creates a compelling textural contrast. The entirety of the bowl and shank features a smooth, polished finish designed to emphasize the natural warmth and flame grain of the selected briar. Breaking this sleek silhouette, the rim (the top of the bowl) is finished with a craggy, dark rustication. This organic, raw crown lends the pipe a rugged handcrafted look while protecting the top from charring. Shaped in a well-proportioned half-bent design, it yields a perfectly distributed weight for a relaxed, comfortable clench. The pipe comes completed with a premium tapered acrylic stem.
