Peder Jeppesen Danish Handmade Pipe – Ida Gr 5 Freehand Sandblasted Bent
The Danish artisan tradition finds expression in the creations of Peder Jeppesen. This piece belongs to the Ida series, distinguished by the Gr 5 (Group 5) grading.
This is a pipe of remarkable presence and generous proportions.
Freehand Design and Sandblasted Finish
Sandblasted Finish: The body of the pipe features a distinct sandblasted texture that highlights the natural grain patterns of the briar.
Bark Top Accents: The natural bark of the briar has been preserved and left in two areas: on the upper rim of the bowl and on the end of the shank, exactly where it meets the stem.
An element of unique refinement that adds a touch of exclusivity and elegance to this pipe is the application on the side of the bowl: a small silver tobacco leaf.
The Chamber: The monumental bowl houses a highly capacious chamber, designed to ensure long-lasting smoking sessions. The internal drilling is cylindrical.
The Stem: Made of marbled acrylic, the stem offers an ideal color contrast with the dark tones of the sandblasting. The choice of acrylic ensures maximum long-term stability, as it is not subject to the oxidation or yellowing typical of ebonite.
