The history of the Neerup brand is rooted in the skill of Peder Christian Jeppesen, a craftsman who learned the secrets of briar processing under the guidance of legendary masters such as Karl Erik Ottendahl and Erik Nørding. Settled in Lejre, near the historic city of Roskilde, Jeppesen fulfilled his dream of founding an independent brand, naming it after his paternal grandmother's maiden name, Neerup. His production stands out for its reinterpretation of classic Danish lines, offering signature artisan pieces accessible to every enthusiast.

• Briar Finish and Shank Detail: The body of the pipe features a light black sandblasted finish that highlights the natural grain of the wood. The truly distinctive feature lies at the end of the shank: right before the acrylic accent ring, the artisan chose to leave a section of smooth, polished briar. This craftsmanship creates a striking natural contrast effect against the dark, sandblasted texture of the rest of the stummel, beautifully revealing the briar's grain.

• Band: A composite accent band made of acrylic and brass.

• Drilling and Internal Engineering: The bowl is particularly spacious, optimized for medium to long smokes. The internal chamber features precise cylindrical drilling.

• Stem: The model is fitted with a saddle stem featuring a fishtail bit.
