Neerup Classic Series Gr. 2 Pipe – Full Bent Pot (Freehand)
The Neerup Brand: The Heritage of Danish Tradition
The history of the Neerup brand is rooted in the skill of Peder Christian Jeppesen, a craftsman who learned the secrets of briar processing under the guidance of legendary masters such as Karl Erik Ottendahl and Erik Nørding. Settled in Lejre, near the historic city of Roskilde, Jeppesen fulfilled his dream of founding an independent brand, naming it after his paternal grandmother's maiden name, Neerup.
Technical Specifications and Model Design
This pipe is part of the Classic Series (Gr. 2) line.
Architecture and Shape: The model features a sinuous Full Bent profile. Although the silhouette follows a freehand style, the geometry of the bowl is inspired by the classic Pot shape, with a rounded rim that softens the visual impact of the briar.
Briar Finish: The body of the pipe is finished with a light sandblasting.
Drilling and Internal Engineering: The bowl stands out for its large capacity, ideal for medium to long smokes. The internal chamber features precise cylindrical drilling.
Details and Stem: To ensure color consistency, the acrylic stem faithfully matches the exact shade of the shank extension (accent ring).
